Relocating buyers are a major source of business for New Home Connection. Our web system has worldwide reach, and can easily be found by relocating buyer prospects (learn more about our web system). 
We also have full page advertisements in the two major relocation magazines, Images and Colorado Springs A-Source (formerly Colorado Springs Relocation Guide). These magazines are mailed out to relocating people by the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, major corporations, and military bases.
Our ads in these magazines are designed to attract relocating people to our websites, where we are able to connect with them.
Our website system produces a constant stream of relocating buyer prospects. All prospects are assigned to a New Home Connection agent. The number of these prospects build over time into the hundreds for each of our agents. To assist the agents in contact management, we provide Top Producer software for lead/contact management and mass email.
Once contact is made with a relocating prospect, the agent requests that a relocation package be sent to the prospect, tailored to their needs and desires. Our staff promptly responds and the package is sent out by express mail, generally in the same day.
Our relocation system has been proven successful over many years, and still produces a major part of our business.
Relocation Kit
Our free relocation kit includes a CD with photos, information and a short video about Colorado Springs, a New Home Connection brochure and other information, a copy of Images and Colorado Springs Style magazines, a Colorado Springs Relocation Guide, and more. In addition to our general relocation kit, we also have kits tailored to those in the military, with a special CD dedicated to either Air Force or Army life, as well as other information pertinent to those who serve.
