Direct Advertising
By "direct advertising" we mean advertising that specifically advertises your home. Most of our advertising budget is directed toward the Internet, including search engine optimization (SEO), because that's where the buyers are.
Your home will be displayed on the following websites:
NewHomeConnection.com HomesThatShine.com Realtor.com PPAR.com (Pikes Peak Association of Realtors) HomesandLand.com Homes.com PrimeValueHomes.com HeritageCSP.com |
We will also list your home on Postlets.com, where it will be subsequently submitted to the following sites: backpage.com craigslist Google Base HotPads Kijiji LiveDeal Oodle Trulia Vast Zillow.com And more! |
It will also be displayed in Homes and Land Magazine, as well as other publications from time to time.
Key Idea - 80% of home buyers begin their home search on the Internet. Less and less do qualified buyers look at classified ads and pictures in real estate books for homes. Many use nothing but the Internet.
On the Internet, they can accomplish far more in less time. Many have eliminated all but a select few homes before calling the Realtor for a showing. Homes for sale must be well presented and relatively easily found on the Internet. This is just what we do! See our Web section for more information.
Several years ago, we spent the majority of our advertising budget on print advertising. For many years, we quite successfully ran multiple-page ads in real estate magazines and newspaper display ads. We were at first dismayed as we began to measure rapidly declining results for this formerly effective print advertising campaign. Although we were already strong on the Internet, we began transferring more and more advertising dollars to the Internet, with very effective results. Today, we still do some (but more limited) print advertising.
Effective Internet advertising is expensive. The more money we put into ineffective print advertising, the less we have for advertising your home on the Internet. In addition, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) tells us that homes on websites with multiple photos were viewed 299% more often than those with only one or none at all. That's what we give you, and it can only be done on the Internet.
Key Idea - If you believe in the Internet, believe in us!
