We are looking for experienced, full-time agents willing to work hard to succeed. Agents that want to connect with a collaborative and supportive group effort to drive up their income. Under our system, for us to make money, our agents 
must make money. We don’t charge desk fees, advertising fees, or franchise fees, and your expenses will be minimal. Our revenue comes from commission splits, and commission splits alone. If you don’t make money, neither do we. Our success is a joint effort.
Your success will require hard work, determination, perseverance, and preparation--on your part.
