Quick Response Team (QRT)
The New Home Connection QRT concept is very similar to old-time telephone "floor duty," except we have expanded floor duty to include incoming email leads. In this new age, not only do we have to field telephone calls promptly, but web generated email inquiries, as well.
When new visitors arrive at NewHomeConnection.com or HelloColoradoSprings.com, as well as some of our other websites, they are asked to submit a new user registration form in order to gain access to the website. This form includes options to receive real estate and/or relocation information. When the form is submitted, the agent on QRT duty at that time will receive an email and quickly respond to the new visitor (hence the name Quick Response Team) with the information they request.
Our agents respond within seconds of receiving an email inquiry. Our response is so fast that we often contact people (via phone or email) while they are still on our website. This technique can so favorably impress the prospect, that right then they are converted to a customer.
In addition, we have advertised domestic and toll-free overseas telephone numbers, and the agent on QRT duty also fields incoming calls from those sources.
We have established a QRT desk and computer, and have a rotating duty roster so that our agents cover this desk from 8am to 5pm, seven days a week.
The Quick Response Team has become one of our best lead-generating tools, and has greatly improved our business since its implementation.
