We have permission to advertize the new homes of dozens of builders. We also have our own computerized database of thousands of new home floorplans that we have gathered over the years. Our agents can easily send floorplans to prospects via email or CD. We are well-prepared to sell new homes.

Costs and Savings
We charge our customers no fees or commissions and our only compensation comes from the builders, through previous agreements, when our customers buy a new home. Our compensation has already been pre-planned into the builders' marketing costs, as has the cost of their own on-site sales people. The price is usually no more with us and no less without us. Also, our sales power can save you money. We are members of the Home Builders Association and our customers buy hundreds of new homes. Consequently, we are held in high regard by the builders, and they generally go out of their way to please you, our customer.
