Every New Home Connection salesperson has the opportunity to choose a neighborhood where he/she will be a featured Realtor. Being featured as the neighborhood Realtor will give you the inside track for both sales and listings. If you look at University Park in the neighborhoods section of HelloColoradoSprings.com, you can see an example of how we associate salespeople with specific neighborhoods. We will wrap you in a professional, upscale image and project that image to the buying and selling public. You will quickly be able to compete with Colorado Springs' high-end Realtors and all others.
